<p>Orientation Programme Report</p> <p>Xavier School, Manvi organized a two-day Orientation Programme on 4th and 5th June 2026 for the students of Classes VI to X. The programme was conducted by Bro. Dilshan, Bro. Jayanth, and Bro. Avin with the aim of motivating students and preparing them for the new academic year.</p> <p>The programme commenced with a prayer service followed by a prayer song led by the students. The resource persons were warmly welcomed with floral greetings and formally introduced to the gathering by the Principal.</p> <p>On 4th June 2026, orientation sessions were conducted for the students of Classes VI and VII till noon. In the afternoon, the sessions continued for the students of Classes VIII and IX. Through interactive discussions, games, and motivational activities, the resource persons encouraged students to develop positive attitudes, discipline, teamwork, and confidence.</p> <p>On 5th June 2026, the morning session was organized for the students of Class X, focusing on academic goals, personal growth, and preparation for the board examination year. In the afternoon, students of Classes VIII and IX attended a follow-up session that highlighted academic expectations, co-curricular activities, leadership opportunities, and personal development.</p> <p>The sessions were highly engaging and inspiring. Various games, group discussions, and interactive activities enabled students to participate actively and learn important life skills. The resource persons shared valuable insights on setting goals, maintaining a positive mindset, and making the best use of opportunities available during the academic year.</p> <p>The programme concluded with group activities that fostered teamwork, cooperation, and camaraderie among the students. The orientation programme proved to be a meaningful and enriching experience, helping students begin the academic year 2026&ndash;27 with enthusiasm, confidence, and a renewed sense of purpose.</p>
